GIVEAWAY REGULATIONS

“Me … Essential Moments”

The competition “Me … Essential Moments” is promoted by Essência Completa and is open to participation by residents in Portugal and abroad, over 18 years old.

The Participant must carefully read all the terms and conditions of the contest, since by participating they automatically accept all the rules, terms, and conditions of the same.

The Competition will take place between midnight on August 1^st and 11:59 p.m. on August 31^st, 2019.

GIVEAWAY RULES:

To participate, a photo that describes an “essential moment” of the summer must be shared by the participant on Instagram and/or Facebook. The participant must:

• add the hashtag #MomentosEssenciais
• identify the Essência Completa official page
  • Facebook – @essenciacompleta
  • Instagram – @essencia_completa

The winner of the competition will be the post with the most likes on the shared photo. No objection or refutation to the final decision of Essência Completa or to the presented Terms and Conditions is accepted and considered.

The prize to be awarded to the winner is a Soalheiro Wine Box, consisting of 6 bottles.

Notes:

• The prize will not be refundable or exchangeable for another service / product or monetary value.
• The likes of multiple publications by a single participant are not cumulative.
• The likes of the same photo published on different social networks are not cumulative.
• The winner will be contacted by Essência Completa for the award and will also be announced on Facebook and Instagram.
• The number of entries per person is not limited. Each person can participate as many times as they want.
• Only posts published during the competition period will be considered valid.
• Essência Completa reserves the right to delete or remove any comment posted on Facebook and Instagram that violates the friendly tone of this competition or that deliberately tries to bias the rules, intent, and purpose of the competition at any time.
• Essência Completa reserves the right to correct, alter, remove, or cancel this competition at any time, without prior notice and without this implying the right to any compensation to any participant or third parties.
• Any personal data provided for this competition will be incorporated into an Essência Completa database, based at Av. Dr. Francisco Sá Carneiro 100, 4445-102 Alfena.
• Any extraordinary situation not provided for in this regulation will be assessed and decided according to the exclusive criteria and discretion of Essência Completa.
